This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to all digital services provided by Jetshopo LTD via minorifa.com, including:

  • AI Music Generator
  • Change Vocal With AI

 

We do not sell or ship physical products, nor do we offer free subscription plans.

 

1. Refunds for Digital Services

  • No Refunds After Use:

    Due to the nature of digital services and instant delivery of results upon purchase or use, completed transactions are generally non-refundable.

  • Service Malfunction/Non-Delivery:

    If you have purchased a service but have not received the promised results due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 business days from the date of purchase. We will investigate and offer either a re-processing of the service or a refund at our discretion.

  • Duplicate Charges:

    If you believe you have been wrongly charged more than once for the same service, please contact us promptly for a review and correction, including a potential refund.

  • Unused/Unused Subscription Credits:

    If you purchased credits or a subscription and have not used any part of it, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no service or download has been utilized.

  • No Refund for Delivered Outputs:

    Refunds will not be issued for services where AI processing has been completed and downloadable outputs (audio files) have been provided.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
  • Minorifa/Jetshopo LTD is not responsible for third-party bank or card processing delays.

 

4. No Physical Returns

As all services are delivered digitally, no physical returns are required or accepted. There are no shipping or handling charges.

 

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure your email address and account credentials are accurate.
  • Review all service details before purchase; you are responsible for selecting the correct service.
